Treasurer

Description​

The Treasurer is responsible for managing the club's finances, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and overseeing the club's budget. The Treasurer works closely with other officers to plan and manage the club's funds.

Roles​

  • Oversee accounts:
    • Manage and report accounts.
    • Plan the operation of funds with other officers.
  • Collect membership dues payment with VPM:
    • Update officers' information.
  • Buy basic HDTM's supplies with SAA:
    • Purchase ribbons, ballots, agendas, etc.
